Art Southampton | July 25-29, 2013

Alicia Ross's new embroidery work will be on display at this year's Art Southampton, represented by Black and White Gallery. The fair's opening VIP Preview on July 25 will continue to benefit the Southampton Hospital and provide the perfect backdrop as a kickoff event for the summer's most important art event in the Hamptons. The 2012 VIP Preview attracted more than 3,600 collectors, art advisors, curators, designers and Southampton Hospital supporters; the overall five-day fair attracted more than 11,500 attendees.

Visiting Artist University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh | Sept/Oct 2013

This fall, Alicia Ross will be a visiting artist at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh and will exhibit her work in the Allen Priebe Gallery. Ross will give a talk about her work and process to students and faculty, and will lead a student art critique on campus.

September 11– October 1. The artists’ reception will be September 19, 2013 from 6:30 to 8pm.

This Fall: "Paparazzi! Photographers, Stars and Artists" Traveling Exhibition

Ross's work "Origin of the World (Britney)" will be part of a new traveling, European exhibition entitled: "Paparazzi! Photographers, Stars and Artists" that will take place at the Centre Pompidou-Metz, Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt and the Musée the l'Elysée during the following dates:
  • Centre Pompidou-Metz: 22/02/2014 - 9/06/2014
  • Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt: 27/06/2014 - 12/10/2014
  • Musée de l'Elysée, Lausanne: Date TBA.

KSpace Contemporary presents "High in Fiber" | July 5- Aug 23

KSpace Contemporary will present a group exhibition of regional and national artists from July 5-Aug 23 in Corpus Christi, Texas. K Space Contemporary is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization dedicated to presenting and promoting contemporary art. As a forum for creative exchange and experimentation, we aspire to educate and build awareness for innovative art in South Texas. K Space Contemporary is located in downtown Corpus Christi, Texas.
